3.1 Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the 777co platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777co account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3.5 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Where a player requests closure on responsible gaming grounds, the request will be processed as a self-exclusion and the account will not be reopened for any reason during the applicable exclusion period.

6.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 777co system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. Acceptance of a bet is indicated by a confirmation notification and a corresponding deduction from the player's account balance.
6.3 777co reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) a technical error or system fault affected the odds or stake; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) there is credible evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity breach affecting the relevant event.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome, the Company's records shall be the definitive reference. The results recorded in the 777co system, once confirmed, are final and binding subject only to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.
6.5 Maximum winnings per bet, per day, and per event may be set by the Company and displayed within the platform. The Company reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any player, whether individually or as a class, without providing reasons.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.4 The Company's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.
11.1 777co reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that the integrity of the platform is at risk.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), the Company reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
11.3 Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and subject to completion of pending bets) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777co holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

13.2 Players who do not agree with an amendment may close their accounts prior to the effective date of the change, and any real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
